Use it in bath water, body lotions, or cosmetic creams:

• 15 drops lavender
• 5 drops cedarwood
• 20 drops sweet orange
• 2 to 3 drops clary sage
• 1 teaspoon of jojoba, hazelnut, sunflower, almond or apricot kernal oil

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
